Will you sell your macaron recipe by itself?

No. The reason for this is because I truly believe that the secret to beautiful macarons isn’t the recipe.

 

The secret to beautiful macarons is in the consistent practice of your technique.

 

To sell the recipe by itself is to contribute to the vicious cycle of beginners trying to find a foolproof recipe rather than focusing on perfecting technique.

Will you do discounts often?

Not likely. I believe in the value and dedication that’s been poured into creating this Macaron Basics course.

 

This course offers detailed resources, extensive troubleshooting, hacks and tips, every method and technique for saving time and energy, as well as my toolkit for troubleshooting macarons.

 

These are all elements that are carefully crafted to make this a valuable long-term investment in your baking journey.

 

While I may run occasional promotions, my focus remains on providing resources that are worth every penny for beginner hobby bakers.

Do you provide recipes in cups and teaspoons?

No, I don’t. Precision is key when it comes to macarons, and measurements in cups and teaspoons just don’t offer the accuracy we need for consistent results.

​

Instead, I provide recipes in grams so that we can troubleshoot more confidently.

​

Using grams might feel different at first, but it’s a shift that *truly* pays off, especially if you’re aiming for consistently beautiful macarons!

Do you offer in-person macaron classes?

Unfortunately, I don’t, and will not be able to for the unforeseeable future. But I never imagined making it this far with my macaron hobby as it is, so who knows!
