I’m a hobby baker who’s obsessed with anything macarons. It’s not uncommon for me to be dreaming about the next macaron art project while doing the housework!
As a mum of four young children, I most definitely know what it’s like to embrace the chaos of motherhood while trying to maintain a hobby you love. It’s been quite a journey, but one thing that has kept me going was my passion to understand exactly how macarons worked, so that I could confidently create macaron art that brought me joy.
When I’m not creating macaron content or answering macaron questions, you’ll find me elbow deep in dishes, laundry, or homeschooling…and answering my kids’ bazillion questions. If I’m not home, I’ll be hiking up a mountain with my family or chilling at a playground.
It’s been humbling to have my work shared over the last year by social media powerhouses such as Food Network, Food Bible, and Tasty.
